Vivian R. Rodriguez
For 17 years, Vivian has specialized working with women to help reduce stress, gain strength, lose weight and improve the quality of life. Focusing on functional training, core strength, incorporated with Pilates and Yoga her sessions are creative and fun. She has worked with seniors, those with osteoporosis, people recovering from cancer. Vivian has taught Yoga, Sculpt, Stretch and Alignment classes in both health clubs and corporate settings.
